Lost my voice
Cheated for the first time two days ago and only ate apples and applesauce yesterday. I’m determined to get back on track today – hungry already. Thinking about making lunch shortly.

I didn’t lose as much as lately last night. Either I’m slowing down or my poor eating habits yesterday had a role in this. I only ate one serving of protein and didn’t drink enough water. I’ll make it up and do good today

WOW!!!!! I guess I did good while in San Diego. And I’m excited that I may be seeing the 200′s soon. I was hoping to lose 15 this round as many have said the second round is harder than the first and looks like I should hit it no problem. Imagine if I loose 20 like last time. That would put me to 203.5. I’ve never been under 200 in the last 10 years that I know of. This would be amazing!

I am in San Diego today and didn’t take my scale
. It should be ok though. I ate half my “lunch” yesterday morning before I left Phoenix at about 9am. Then when I got here I went to the grocery store and picked up 3 apples and 2 cooked chicken breasts to get me through today.
When I get home it will amost be dinner time. I plan to make chicken (or maybe a bunch of meatballs) and have my strawberries. Hopefully I’m still on track and will show another loss tomorrow morning.
To be down 10 pounds yesterday was awesome. Plus I can really start to see the change. A shirt that I wore back in early March that was kinda form fitting is now falling off me.

Well the diet is going well. I’m drinking a ton of water which is good and the food situation isn’t that bad. Yesterday was the first day when I didn’t want everything else in sight. It was nice not to crave everything.
R2 – D4

I gained two pounds during loading and it’s already gone. I’m quite happy about that. I just have to keep repeating to myself….just three more weeks, just three more weeks. This diet is incredibly bland and boring. But I will make it work
I went shopping on Sunday and purchased the majority of what I’ll need to make it the three weeks. I purchased all the chicken, beef, and shrimp. It was a great sale. The chicken is all spilt up and a good chuck is in the freezer. I plan to break up the beef tomorrow and make a bunch of meatballs. If I can pre-make and freeze those they will make great quick meals.
R2 – Day 1 LOADING

I decided not to wait until June to start another round. I’m just a few days shy of my 6 weeks so I decided to fit another round in before the Vegas trip in June. I am loading today and tommorrow and then I’ll be back on VLCD for about three weeks. This will be a short round and my goal is to lose 15 pounds. Would be really nice to be under 210 for Vegas!
I’m back to updating regularly. With my morning weigh in’s I’ll list the pounds lost/gain from this new point (223.5) and the overall lost from 245, which is the highest weight that I have been.
